Expats Reunite Information Page.

Expats Reunite Terms & Conditions

1 Agreement: By registering with Expats Reunite you agree to be bound by the terms & conditions as stated.

2 Registration: is free and it allows you to post your details and search the membership database, but does not enable you to contact anyone.

3 Annual membership: costs �5.

4 Amend Fees:� Expats Reunite reserves the right to amend the membership fee by giving 3 months prior notice.

5 Membership: fees are for 12 months and are non-refundable.

6 Details: You agree to provide accurate, honest and current information about yourself.

7 Site Abuse: Expats Reunite reserves the right to suspend or terminate the membership of anyone found to be abusing the site. Anyone who is terminated will not be entitled to any refund of fees paid.

8 Data protection: Expats Reunite will not divulge any information about members or their families to any third party. (see Privacy Policy)

9 Use: You are not permitted to post any offensive, false, pornographic or threatening information on Expats Reunite. Expats Reunite reserves the right to terminate, immediately any person found to be in breach of this condition. Clause 7 applies.

10 Disclaimer: Expats Reunite cannot be held accountable or liable for any actions made by members or those registering on the site.

11 Intellectual Property. All copyright, graphics, trademarks displayed on the site are owned by Expats Reunite (not including links page that link outwards) and cannot be copied or used in any form without the written consent of Expats Reunite.

12 Disputes: Any dispute will be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom and jurisdiction is through the UK courts.

13 Updates: You accept that from time to time Expats Reunite will inform you of future updates.

14 Advertising: There is to be no promotional or any other advertising on Expats Reunite unless prior written consent is obtained from the owner. If you are found to be abusing this facility your membership will be suspended. For information regarding advertising contact info@expatsreunite.com

Competitions Terms & Conditions

1 Air Tickets: The air ticket raffle draws will be held under the supervision of our accountants who will audit and confirm that each draw was conducted properly and that each member's name was entered into the draw. A draw will take place every time 10,000 paid members join Expats Reunite and every member will be entered into each draw during the year their membership is valid.

General Terms

2 The winner decides when he wants to travel.

3 The winner decides what airport he departs from and the destination.

4 The tickets can be used to bring family or friends to the winner.

5 Expats Reunite will purchase economy class tickets on behalf of the winner.

6 The winner must agree to Expats Reunite using photos of the winner for publicity.

7 The tickets can be exchanged for cash, limit $1000.

8 No one under the age of 18 can take the prize.

9 Expats Reunite reserves the right to withdraw this offer at its discretion without any prior notice.

10 Only fully paid up members are eligible for the raffle.

11 Members will qualify for additional entries into the raffle for every new member who joins on their recommendation. If you introduce 1 new paid up member it will entitle you to 2 entries etc.

12 Other draws and promotions will unless otherwise stated occur when the 10,000 draw is made.

13 In the event of a tie, i.e. in the recipe competition then the prize will be decided after a draw between the tied members. Only 1 prize in each category.

14 The decision by the management of Expats Reunite in the event of any dispute will be final and binding.

15 Staff and management of Expats Reunite and their families are not eligible for any competition or prize.
