Going along with the fish theme I can recommend Sea Bass oven cooked in salt. Along the front in Puerto Banus you will find several restaurants that serve this dish. It is excellent, a very delicate fish, superb.
 Washed down of course with a few glasses of the local brew.

Hi, well I have tried the sea bass cooked like this, but wouldn't go to PBanus for it, the prices are far too high! Try one of the smaller chiringuitos or even better a venta for food like the locals eat and the prices they pay!!
