I want to share with all members what is I believe the very best fish restaurant you could find anywhere.

It's called Chez Tetou" and its about 15 kms outside Cannes, South France.

It makes the best "Bouillabaisse " you could possibly imagine.

Its busy so you will need to make a reservation a few days in advance.

I defy anyone to find a better Bouillabaisse anywhere in the world.

So for all you travelling gourmets, head for the south of France and experience something quite unique

Thanks for sharing about this fish restaurant. Is the restaurant big? I don't know what "Bouillabaisse" means, so I search for its meaning and found out that it is a fish soup that contains various kinds of cooked fish and shellfish and vegetables. And is flavored with a variety of herbs and spices such as garlic, orange peel, basil, bay leaf, fennel and saffron. It sounds so delicious!
